In the event of any damage, breakage, or theft during your stay at the villa/apartment, Velvet Stays reserves the right to:
Invoice you for the repair or replacement cost, payable before checkout, or
Deduct the amount from your refundable security deposit.
All pending booking payments must be cleared at the time of check-in.
Failure to make the due payment will result in cancellation of the booking without any refund, and guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately.
Guests must provide accurate information at the time of booking and check-in, including the number of guests and the composition of the group.
Access will not be granted to individuals not listed in the reservation.
Outside guests or visitors are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Each guest must present one of the following valid government-issued IDs at check-in:
Aadhar Card
Passport
Driving License
Each guest must carry their passport containing a valid Indian visa, along with photocopies of both the passport photo page and the visa page.
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Failure to check out by the specified time may attract the following fines:
₹4,000 for up to 2 hours delay
₹10,000 for up to 5 hours delay
One full night’s charge for delay exceeding 6 hours
These fines are as per Velvet Stays’ operational policy.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Please confirm availability before finalizing travel arrangements.
For arrivals before 7:00 AM, bookings must be made from the previous night.
For check-ins after 7:00 AM, additional charges may apply, depending on timing and availability.
5.1 If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date, your entire reservation will be automatically cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
5.2 If you miss your first night but plan to arrive later, please contact us immediately to retain your booking. Otherwise, the reservation will be auto-cancelled without refund.
Shortened stays are non-refundable.
If you plan to check out earlier than your original booking, the entire booking amount remains payable. However, if you inform us in advance, we will try to accommodate adjustments as per our cancellation policy.
7.1 Velvet Stays is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to your personal property or for any distress or inconvenience during your stay.
7.2 We are not responsible for failures or malfunctions of:
Government power supply
Backup power systems (generator/inverter)
Appliances or amenities such as ACs, refrigerators, or Wi-Fi
Any such maintenance issues requiring third-party support will be addressed within 24 hours of your request.
Pool Timings: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Only nylon swimwear is permitted.
Eating or drinking in or around the pool area is strictly prohibited.
Pool access may be temporarily restricted due to maintenance, cleaning, or government regulations. No refunds or rebates will apply in such cases.
Please avoid loud music or noise during late hours.
Drugs or illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Smoking is allowed only in balconies or outdoor areas.
A cleaning fee of ₹10,000 will be charged if smoking is detected inside the property, to cover deodorizing and upholstery cleaning costs.
